BCD Aviation consists of  a small team of highly skilled and experienced engineers who take pride in taking care that cabin interiors of your aircraft reflect quality and confidence, using their skills and dedication in their profession.
We are specialized in the maintenance, modification and completion of aircraft interiors, making use of approved data provided by the customer.
In general  interior activities are not aircraft type related, which means that we can  handle interiors of most aircraft types.

We use our own regular  tooling & equipment and are therefore  self supporting for most activities on the aircraft.
As required by  the aviation regulations all our tooling & equipment is  identified with unique markings and the complete toolkit is periodically checked using a contents checklist. In addition to this we shall of course, if required,  perform the tooling & equipment checks  in the sequence as described in  your  company procedures.

All team members have successfully completed their EASA Part147 Basic Training and have in the meanwhile gained aircraft hands-on experience for at least 10 years.
Therefore we all have been issued our EASA Part66 B1.1 Basic Aircraft Maintenance Licence (AML).
In addition to his it is also important to mention that, with reference to EASA AMC 145A30(e)7 “Personnel Requirements”,  we  have had our initial Human Factors Training during our Basic Training. We  followed our continuation Human Factors / Quality Awareness Trainings during our activities for EASA Part145 approved Maintenance Organizations on a regular basis.

The execution of inspections on structure and systems at the inside of the aircraft is also considered by us as being cabin activities. From that point of view the following ATA 100 subjects, as far as installed in the cabin, can be covered:

Chapter 21 Air Conditioning

Chapter 25 Equipment/ Furnishings

Chapter 26 Fire Protection

Chapter 38 Water/ Waste

Chapter 52 Doors

Chapter 53 Fuselage

Chapter 56 Windows

And we can do more

Because of our forementioned education and experience we have the skills to perform other various maintenance tasks on aircraft.
Therefore we are able and of course more than willing to offer our services  in other activities on your aircraft during maintenance and/or  modification.

Because of the similar technology and the very much similar requirements concerning quality and exposure, the modification and completion of yachting interiors lay also within our field of interest.
